Job description:
The Head of Waterfront is responsible for the operation & safety of the waterfront swimming area.They will facilitate the instruction of all swimming levels as per the Royal Life Saving Society standards. Experience in a camp setting is an asset.
Qualifications: National Lifeguard Service (NLS), Red Cross/RLSSC Instructor Certificate, Emergency First Aid and CPR “C” or Aquatic Emergency CAre (AEC). Pleasure Craft Operators Licence. Must be at least 21 years of age. Examiners is an asset.
We currently have two (2) opening for Head of Waterfront, one at Wapomeo and one at Ahmek.
Compensation varies depending on the position and experience. All positions include room, board, laundry and use of facilities.
We also require two reference forms to be filled out by employers, teachers or similar references.
Location: The Taylor Statten Camps, Canoe Lake, Algonquin Park, Ontario.
Dates: From June 17th, 2012 to August 24th, 2012 inclusive.
