My name is Nick Chauvin and I have been at camp ever since I was a Bantam at the age of 8. Now this summer will be my twelfth summer returning to Ahmek! Obviously I’m hooked. Between camp stays I am currently working on my degree of Life Sciences at Queen’s University. A recent highlight for me was travelling to Thailand for the month of May 2012, and volunteering at the Maekok Children’s Foundation; teaching the children and improving their infrastructural to help them towards their goal of becoming self sustaining.
