The job of working with children at a summer camp is an extremely demanding and rewarding one. It requires a great deal of stamina, enthusiasm, and interpersonal skill. Staff members must be receptive to the campers and take very seriously the responsibility of nurturing these children in a safe and interactive environment. Their number one priority should always be the children.

We expect our staff members to be positive role models for our campers. This expectation, along with the need to provide a safe environment for our campers, is the basis for our banning any tobacco products, non-prescription drugs, and alcohol on site at the Taylor Statten Camps. We will not tolerate staff members who use and promote illicit drugs while under our employ, or any staff member on site in an inebriated state. The consumption of alcohol by underage staff is also unacceptable. We suggest that you carefully consider your commitment to these policies BEFORE applying to work with us this summer.

In order for your application to be considered complete, we will need you to fill out the application form as well as have two separated reference forms submitted for you.
